Educational Qualification/ Experience
Food Technologist by education with 3 – 5 years of experience in R&D in an FMCG company – with research experience in frozen snacks, nutraceuticals, children products category.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and Development of new products in snacks, spices, condiments, and confectionery category.
- Engage in the entire Product Development Life Cycle.
- Research new and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.
- Execution of new product development activities including Formulation Development, Supporting Pilot & Plant Trials, Sensory Evaluation, Technology Transfer, Yield Study, R&D documentation (Specifications, Label mandatories, etc.) & Finalizing Packaging materials.
